Work Objectives:
- Maintain relationships with large customers.
- Experience in a Manufacturing Environment a plus!
- Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP Environment Experience)
- Track customer orders throughout the production process, manage inventory accounts, and communicate finished good amounts.
- Make suggestions to both client and internally to management for improving business.
- Skilled Problem Solver
- Communicate information regarding products, proformas, invoices, POs, and final payments with assigned customers.
- Able to work well with a team and with little supervision.
- Able to follow through with direction from team lead while being proactive and productive on your own time.
- Develop strong working relationships with management, peers and clients.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and problem resolution.
- Document data and customer information in a way that is helpful when solving customer or company problems and anticipating/avoiding future problems.
- Help create effective long-term policies and procedures for your team/department.
- Ensure effective communication between teams (Lab, Warehouse, Quality, Sales, Account Management and Managerial teams).
