Our client, who is a fast growing marketing agency in Vietnam, is looking for a qualified talent to join their firm.
Client Management and Development
- Receive client briefs, provide consultation, and propose communications and event solutions aligned with client needs and budgets.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients, provide ongoing account support, and identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
Project Management and Financial Performance
- Take responsibility for the timelines, quality, and financial performance, including profit and loss, of assigned accounts.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and contracts, while monitoring outstanding receivables and payment status.
Internal Coordination
- Coordinate with the Creative, Content, Planning, and Production teams to ensure that projects are delivered in accordance with commitments made to clients.
- Manage, coach, and evaluate junior Account team members.
Requirements
Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- At least four years of Account Management experience within a communications or event agency, including a minimum of two years in a managerial position.
- Proven experience managing major clients and multiple projects simultaneously.
Professional Skills
- Strong consulting, presentation, negotiation, and client relationship management skills.
- Good understanding of communications and event production processes, with the ability to manage budgets and profit-and-loss performance.
- Proficiency in spoken and written English is an advantage.
