Job Description

We have an exciting opportunity for an Account Manager to join our JAS team, taking ownership of the high-potential Laverton territory.

This role will see you manage and grow an existing customer base while developing new business opportunities across the Western Transport Corridor. You’ll work with a diverse range of customers including transport fleets, industrial operators, and auto-electrical workshops.

This is a hands-on, field-based role suited to someone who enjoys building relationships, staying close to customers, and driving consistent sales growth.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Manage and grow an existing portfolio of customers within your territory
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities
  • Build strong relationships with workshop owners, auto electricians, and fleet operators
  • Prepare quotes, manage pricing, and support profitable sales growth
  • Maintain an active call cycle and pipeline using CRM systems
  • Monitor market activity and competitor trends
  • Deliver excellent customer service and act as a trusted partner

Qualifications

You’re a motivated and customer-focused sales professional who enjoys being on the road and building long-term relationships.

You will bring:

  • Experience in account management, field sales, or B2B sales
  • Strong relationship-building and communication skills
  • A proactive and organised approach to managing your territory
  • Commercial awareness and ability to support profitable sales
  • Interest or experience in automotive, heavy vehicle, or industrial sectors (highly regarded)
  • Current driver’s licence
