Account Manager (w/m/d)

Sind Sie ein ergebnisorientierter Profi mit Leidenschaft für Kundenbetreuung und technische Beratung? In der Position des Account Managers (w/m/d) bei der Atotech Germany GmbH betreuen Sie hochkarätige Kunden, optimieren Prozesse und entwickeln innovative Programme zur Kundengewinnung.

Ihre Aufgaben:

• Begleitung, Ausbau und Betreuung von hochkarätigen, regionalen und ggf. überregionalen Kunden inkl. Beratung bei technischen Fragestellungen
• Gewinnbringende Prozessoptimierung mit bestehenden Kunden sowie strategische Weiterentwicklung von Pricing-Modellen
• Allgemeine Kaufmännische Aufgaben inkl. Gesamtverantwortung für Umsatz, Marge und Kosten sowie Erarbeitung von Berichten
• Entwicklung von Programmen zur Gewinnung neuer Kunden durch die Einführung und Präsentation neuer Produkte
• Organisation von Trouble-Shooting-Einsätzen inklusive Ursachenanalyse und Fehlerbehebung in Zusammenarbeit mit internen Schnittstellen
• Umstellungen von Wettbewerbsprodukten und Inbetriebnahme neuer Anlagen
• Mitwirkung bei der Erfüllung der Ziele für Qualität, Umwelt und Sicherheit
   

Ihr Profil:

• Ergebnis- und Kundenorientierung verbunden mit vertrieblichem Geschick
• Freude an der technischen Beratung und am Vertrieb verbunden mit einer starken konzeptionellen Fähigkeit
• Eigenverantwortliches Arbeiten und unternehmerisches Denken
• Verhandlungssichere Kommunikationsfähigkeiten in Deutsch und Englisch
• Teamfähigkeit gepaart mit einer Hands On Mentalität
• Flexibilität und Reisebereitschaft in Deutschland und Österreich
• Fundierte Erfahrung im Vertrieb und Zusammenarbeit mit hochkarätigen Kunden, bestenfalls mit Branchenerfahrung
• Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes BWL-Studium
