What is UC&C at Telenet?
Within Telenet Business, Unified Communications & Collaboration (UC&C) refers to all solutions that help companies communicate and collaborate more effectively.
This includes:
- Cloud telephony (VoIP) and collaboration tools
- On-premise PABX systems from various vendors
- Hybrid communication solutions
- Telenet’s own branded UC&C services
As a UC&C specialist, you guide customers in defining and optimizing their communication strategy.
Your role as Regional Account Manager UC&C
As a Regional Account Manager UC&C, you are the go-to expert in the Antwerp region for companies with 10 to 200 employees, with a focus on the upper SME segment (100–199 FTE).
You combine portfolio management with active acquisition.
Your responsibilities:
- Manage and grow an existing UC&C customer portfolio
- Actively prospect and acquire new business within your region
- Advise customers on the best UC&C solutions (cloud, on-premise, hybrid)
- Navigate complex DMU environments (IT and business stakeholders)
- Collaborate closely with Account Managers handling transactional services
- Guide customers through their digital transformation
- Ensure proper pipeline management and reporting
Your profile as our Regional Account Manager UC&C
- Minimum 5 years of B2B sales experience
- Strong background in PABX / UC&C (mandatory) and experience in the upper SME segment (100–200 employees)
- Knowledge of networking and telecom and experience in complex sales cycles and DMU structures
- Existing network is a strong asset
- Commercial, proactive, and results-driven
- Bachelor-level thinking
- Fluent in Dutch and English (French is a plus)
