YOUR MISSION

As Senior Account Manager of Groceries you have a mission: Be a key role in developing the Groceries business vertical. You will lead this business to reach our vision of providing the most demanded goods and services in less than 30 minutes in any city.

THE JOURNEY

  • Bring the Groceries business in the app to the next level of maturity, manage multiple projects and be a resourceful multi-tasker.
  • Develop the Groceries category inside Glovo, building strong relationships with the top partners already onboarded, and the new to come.
  • Own strategic partner relationships end to end, including understanding P&L tracking, managing deep product integrations, leading co-marketing efforts to drive awareness and activation, and ensure operational excellence
  • Own partner’s assortment and pricing → category management
  • Onboard new partners on our platform by providing them all the necessary tools and information to start working
  • Be responsible for our partners business performance, analyze their main KPIs and ensure growth MoM. Track and reporting of performance metrics.
  • Optimize Glovo visibility through marketing actions with our partners (using marketing kits, merchandising, etc)
  • Get feedback from our partners and translate it into product, marketing and operations improvement
  • Build a solid external stakeholder mapping in the Groceries industry.


WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE RIDE

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Account Management and/or Business Consultant. 
  • Knowledge of the Retail & Grocery industry is a plus
  • Data-driven mentality: takes decisions based on data and makes business judgment when necessary.
  • Ability to coordinate complex Projects with broad share-holder mappings.
  • Problem solver, look for the root-cause of the problem and go for it till things happen. 
  • Perfect written and spoken communication both in English and Bosnian language.
  • Comfortable working in a high growth and high-performance start-up with a fast pace.
  • Customer obsession.
  • You’re an owner, you have a natural bias for action, always pushing for things to happen, objective and deadline oriented. 
  • You are obsessed with making things happen!
