Key Qualifications:

Full knowledge of dentistry, including a deep understanding of the claims process, accurate posting of insurance payments with correct write-offs, and proficiency in auditing accounts to identify and rectify discrepancies.

Competence in submitting to insurance and proficiency in interpreting X-rays.

Prior experience as an Office Manager, demonstrating the ability to confidently train teams for improved practices within their offices.

Home office setup is a must, and a laptop computer will be provided.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in the insurance field.

Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively collaborate with and assist assigned dental offices.

Problem-solving skills and a creative thinker who can "think outside the box."

Familiarity with Open Dental software is highly desired, as it is the only software accepted at this time.

Commitment to a full-time position (40 hours per week) with a dedicated work ethic.
Compensation and Benefits:

Competitive starting salary: $50,000 - $55,000.
