Drive equipment and service sales by building customer relationships, collaborating with territory teammates, preparing quotes, supporting installations, advising on office design, and using sales/data tools to grow territory revenue.

Onsite Sales Operations Coordinator supporting regional sales managers by maintaining sales reporting, goal tracking, and promotional tracking. Provides administrative showroom support, greets customers, coordinates meetings, compiles business reports, manages calendars, and assists territory reps and regional tasks to ensure sales team productivity and excellent customer service.

Serve as a C-suite HR leader who designs and executes people and culture strategy across a nationwide enterprise. Drive engagement, retention, talent development, succession planning, DEI, performance and compensation, and partner with executives to enhance customer and associate experience. Oversee HR shared services and use new tools (including AI) to scale culture and productivity.

Support regional sales by maintaining reporting, goal tracking, and promotions; coordinate meetings, compile weekly/monthly/quarterly reports, assist territory reps, and manage CenterPoint showroom operations and customer-facing duties.
