ACCOUNT MANAGER / PROJECT MANAGER

We are looking for an experienced Account Manager with French, working on-site (hybrid model) in Prague.

What You'll Do :

• Act as the main point of contact for French-speaking clients and agency stakeholders, building strong, trusted partnerships. 

• Manage end-to-end localization, transcreation, and creative production projects across multiple markets and channels. 

• Coordinate internal teams (design, language, digital, post-production, etc.) and external suppliers to ensure smooth project execution. 

• Lead client communications, status meetings, and project planning activities. 

• Ensure campaigns are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with quality and brand standards. 

• Identify opportunities to improve processes, client satisfaction, and operational efficiency. 

What You Bring :

• Fluent or native-level French and professional English. 

• 5+ years of experience in Account Management, Client Services, Project Management, or Production Management within a creative agency, production studio, or localization environment. 

• Strong experience managing international clients and complex, multi-market projects. 

• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and organizational skills. 

• Leadership potential with the ability to lead and develop a team of 3-5 people. 

• Understanding of localization, transcreation, and creative production workflows, with the ability to bridge client needs and production requirements.
