Account Manager – BluePrint Program (Entry-Level)

In this role, you will work on-site with your peers four days a week, fostering creativity and producing impactful results through face-to-face interactions, with flexibility to work remotely one day a week.
Duties and Responsibilities
The duties and responsibilities of this position consist of, but are not limited to, the following:
- Develop broad supply chain expertise by learning industry fundamentals (modes, capacity, pricing, service, and customer operations) through structured training, mentorship, and real-time problem solving.
- Build and maintain trust-based relationships with a portfolio of customers by understanding what matters to their business and helping solve real supply chain challenges that affect their daily operations.
- Own shipment execution end to end, from planning through delivery, using digital and AI enabled insights to anticipate risk, inform decisions, and deliver reliable outcomes for customers.
- Leverage data analytics and technology to identify trends, uncover root causes, and turn insights into improvements in service, cost, and reliability.
- Participate in customer business reviews, account planning discussions, and strategic growth conversations alongside experienced Account Managers.
- Identify opportunities to improve processes, enhance customer outcomes, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives that drive business results.
- Collaborate with sales, pricing, operations, and capacity teams and rotate through key functional areas, building a strong internal network and a deep understanding of how decisions are made across the business.
- Other duties or responsibilities as assigned according to the team and/or country specific requirements.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree completed or in progress, with graduation expected by summer 2027
- Experience using customer perspective to guide decisions and actions

Compensation Range
$17.31 - $36.04The base pay range displayed on the job posting reflects the minimum and maximum base pay for this specific location.
