THE OPPORTUNITY:

Our Account Managers play a vital role in ensuring our clients receive the service they need to properly manage their insurance policies. You are the facilitator of positive and effective relationships with our valued clients and insurance carrier staff. As the point-of-contact, you will

• Manage the entire account-service process

• Market to carriers

• Negotiate rates and terms

• Prepare quotes and proposals

• Issue certificates, process endorsements, assist with audits, bind policies, etc. , and other general, account-service functions

• Maintain renewal controls on expirations and binders

• Coordinate premium financing and the collection of premiums, as needed

Salary

The expected salary range for this position is $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 and will be impacted by factors such as the successful candidate's skills, experience, education and licensing certifications, geographic location, approved salary budget, as well as the specific positions business lines, complexity, scope and level. HUB International is proud to offer comprehensive benefits and total compensation packages which includes health/dental/vision/life/disability insurance, FSA, HSA and 401(k) accounts, paid-time-off benefits, eligible bonuses and commissions for full-time positions (30 hours or more).

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE:
You are perfect for this opportunity if you:

• Hold a high school diploma/GED (college degree strongly preferred)

• Have at least 2+ years of related commercial insurance experience within a brokerage environment

• Are currently licensed in good standing

• Have the confidence and demeanor to effectively interact with all levels within the organization

• Are computer literate - Microsoft Office Suite and Outlook
