THE ROLE
WHAT WILL YOU WORK ON?
- Manage a portfolio of global partners, owning the full relationship lifecycle from onboarding to performance optimization
- Negotiate commercial agreements, track performance metrics, and identify opportunities for growth
- Use tools like Metabase, CRM platforms, and G-Suite to monitor partner KPIs and prepare reports for internal stakeholders
- Ensure consistent partner satisfaction through proactive communication and issue resolution
- Collaborate with internal teams to align on priorities, share feedback, and streamline partner operations
- Support strategic projects and initiatives to elevate the partnerships function and drive scalable value
WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
- Degree in Business, Management, Economics, Engineering, or a related field
Professional Experience
- 3–5 years of experience in account management, business development, or partnerships
- Background in platform-based businesses or global, fast-growing companies is highly desirable
- Experience working with partners across multiple regions or time zones is a plus
Technical / Hard Skills
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets
- Experience with BI tools like Metabase, Looker, or similar platforms
- Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Pipedrive)
- Comfortable building performance reports and drawing actionable insights from data
Soft Skills
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
- High level of ownership and accountability; comfortable working independently
- Agile, curious, and adaptable — thrives in dynamic environments
- Solutions-oriented mindset with a passion for delivering value
Basic Requirements
- Fluent in English (additional languages are a strong plus)
- Comfortable working across multiple time zones
