About this opportunity:
We are looking for a motivated Account Manager to join our KAM team, leading our partnership with Orange Business. You will be responsible for managing the full portfolio business, ensuring technical excellence and strong customer engagement to support business growth.
What you will do:
- Act as the primary Ericsson contact for Orange Business key stakeholders, build customer intimacy and develop long-term relationships.
- Develop our funnel and sales opportunities and take action to get leads and then deals.
- In the first 3 months, the candidate should focus on learning and managing the existing business.
- By 6 months, the candidate should have identified all potential join businesses and for each put in place a lead generation and qualification program including operational forecast reviews and quarterly strategic reviews.
- Lead projects and work closely with internal and external stakeholders to contribute to the achievement of our strategic goals.
- Collaborate closely with solution and delivery teams to ensure successful implementation and Orange Business and its customers' satisfaction.
- Monitor account performance, anticipate technical challenges, and proactively work with internal teams to resolve them.
- Teamwork is key as a strong collaboration with the team in charge of the Enterprise business, managing the end customer, is needed.
The skills you bring:
- Experience in selling to Enterprise customers with different Go-To-Market through Communication Service Providers and System Integrators.
- Strong knowledge and understanding of Enterprise customers of Orange Business: Utilities, Defense, Public Safety, Rails.
- Strength in business development in international context.
- Cross-selling and Upselling: Ability to identify opportunities to offer additional solutions and services
- Customer Success: Ability to ensure Orange Business satisfaction and success by understanding customer needs, aligning telecom solutions to those needs, and ensuring high service quality.
- Negotiation: Strong skills in negotiating, contracts, and pricing.
- Clear communication with clients and internal teams: Ability to convey complex technical information in a clear and understandable way to both clients and internal stakeholders.
- Proposal Development: Ability to craft tailored proposals and present them to clients, showcasing the value of the company's networks portfolio.
- Budgeting and Forecasting: Ability to manage account budgets, provide accurate forecasts, and track financial performance related to client accounts.
- Escalation Management: Handling and resolving escalated issues that involve business disputes.
- Problem-solving skills to approach customers from multiple perspectives and clarify potential problems.
- English and French proficiency.
