Job Description
As a Multi-Site Key Account Manager, you will own end-to-end strategic operation of national & cross-border group manufacturing chain owners, deliver consultative full-stack L1-L4 industrial AI digital solutions based on customer business value and digital transformation roadmap, including E2E offer packaging of RA China, and drive multi-factory replication, ODI overseas factory expansion and supply chain ecosystem business growth.
You will collaborate cross-functionally with Solution Architects, Industry Consultant team, Delivery & Service and Global Account teams, and travel more than 40%-50% across domestic customer sites regularly.
You will be reporting to National Multi Site Program Manager.
Your Responsibilities:- Build & maintain C-level CXO strategic relationships with target group headquarters (COO, CIO, Supply Chain VP), complete annual account operation plan (AOP) covering brownfield transformation, new plant construction, ODI overseas projects, software subscription and long-term service revenue, track sales funnel and full-year target delivery.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with regional sales, consulting, solution architect, delivery and global account teams to drive complex enterprise transformation initiatives.
- Execute Rockwell Consulting and Trojan Horse Breakthrough methodology, design unified multi-site standard architecture based on L1-L4 industrial AI framework, conduct customer digital maturity assessment, identify business pain points and define transformation roadmap, lead lighthouse factory benchmark implementation and promote standardized solution replication across all domestic & overseas production bases of group clients.
- Drive top-down ecosystem expansion from chain owners, unify automation standards of upstream OEM & EPC partners, coordinate cross-region sales resources to resolve inter-regional project collaboration and revenue allocation matters.
- Tap Chinese manufacturers' ODI overseas factory opportunities, replicate verified domestic lighthouse solutions to global sites, align with Global Account team to sign multi-year global framework agreements and secure recurring ARR revenue.
- Organize Rockwell Joint Innovation Centre workshops, C-level digital summits and benchmark plant tours, settle full-cycle commercial negotiation, bidding, contract signing and accounts receivable management of multi-million group framework projects, comply with all Rockwell compliance policies and accumulate replicable industry case studies for internal sharing.
- Bachelor's degree or above in Automation, Mechanical, Food/Pharmaceutical (Life Science)/New Energy Engineering or other manufacturing-related disciplines.
- Minimum 8 years B2B industrial automation key account sales experience, with no less than 5 years proven track record managing multi-site group/MNC manufacturing clients.
- Solid practical knowledge of Rockwell L1-L4 industrial AI architecture, including PLC, FactoryTalk software suite, MES, APC, energy & carbon management solutions.
- Ability to travel more than 40%-50% of the time for customer visits, site surveys and industry events nationwide & abroad.
- Fluent English for written proposal drafting and overseas customer communication.
- Clean business background with full compliance with Rockwell Code of Conduct, no record of commercial irregularities
- Successful full-cycle Multi Site group project delivery experience in F&B, Pharmaceutical (Life Science), New Energy Battery or Semiconductor supply chain (Apple/Nvidia upstream).
- Hands-on experience deploying SDMA Assessment, CMMM Assessment, lighthouse factory benchmark and cross-factory replication playbook for top chain owners (McDonald's, Michelin, Nestlé etc.).
- Previous Global Account / Group KA working experience at Siemens, ABB, Schneider, Honeywell or other top industrial automation OEMs.
- Composite background including industry consulting, project management or pre-sales technical solution design, capable of independently defining digital transformation roadmap and ROI calculation.
- Established industry resources of OEM, system integrator and EPC ecosystem partners. Strong capability in executive communication, workshop facilitation and C-level business value presentation.
