Main Responsibilities
- Align & execute the project scope/plan and objectives according to the client’s requirements with the team.
- Align the resources needed to reach objectives and manage resources in an effective and efficient manner.
- Assist in setting the budget, proposal and ideas based on scope of work and resource requirements.
- Provide project updates on a consistent basis to various stakeholders about adjustments, and progress.
- Utilize best practices, techniques, and standards throughout entire project execution.
- Coordinate logistics such as venue selection, catering, transportation, and equipment rentals.
- Oversee event set-up, on-site management, and post-event clean-up.
- Collaborate with internal teams, external vendors, and stakeholders to ensure event success.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in, business, Marketing or a related field
- 2-4 years of project management and events management
- Experience seeing projects through the full life cycle
- Proven ability to complete projects according to outlined scope, budget, and timeline
- Team player who thrives within a dynamic, fast-growing company
- Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
- Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills
