Optimize YouTube videos using SEO best practices, manage community posts, create publishing plans, design thumbnails, customize channels, monitor trends, review performance metrics, and develop channel-specific SEO strategies. Responsibilities include keyword research, competitive and content gap analysis, scheduling, reporting, and collaboration with content creators. The role requires rotating on-site shifts, including weekends.

Identify and report infringing content across social media, tubes, apps, IPTV, UGC domains and Telegram. Issue and log takedown requests, manage client campaigns and LOAs in the Rightshero system, and coordinate with internal teams while working rotational project-based shifts.

Design, develop, and deploy scalable backend applications and APIs using Python and AWS. Collaborate with product and frontend teams, perform code reviews and testing, optimize performance, implement AWS architectures (S3, EC2, RDS, Lambda, API Gateway, VPC, IAM), mentor junior engineers, and support CI/CD and cloud deployments to ensure high availability and security.

Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding, maintain job profiles and hiring documentation, administer benefits and insurance enrollment, act as HR point of contact, collaborate cross-functionally, and ensure HR data accuracy in systems.

Provide first-line IT support for staff: diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues (Windows, macOS, M365, Google Workspace), log and update incidents, run device clinics, deliver basic training/inductions, create instructional materials, maintain asset inventory, and escalate unresolved issues to higher-level teams.

Edit and produce high-volume social and broadcast videos for YouTube and other platforms: assemble sequences, add audio/graphics/effects, QA uploads, review videos, create monthly content ideas, meet SLA and quality targets, and collaborate on feedback.

Lead enforcement of Content ID and copyright policies across platforms, manage claims, takedowns, linking/unlinking, audits, SLAs, QA, reporting, and train the copyrights team to ensure timely, accurate protection of content.
