As the Account Manager, Marketing you will play a pivotal role in managing client relationships, overseeing marketing services and ensuring the successful execution of projects. Responsibilities:
- Manage relationships with clients, acting as the primary point of contact for day-to-day communication.
- Oversee the execution of marketing services, such as Press Releases (PR) and email campaigns, to ensure timely and high-quality delivery.
- Collaborate with other departments, including content and design, to ensure all deliverables meet both client expectations and agency standards.
- Work with clients to establish project timelines and ensure projects are delivered within specified constraints.
- Proactively identify and address issues or concerns during project delivery, ensuring prompt resolution while keeping clients informed of progress and necessary changes.
- Identify potential avenues for expanding business with existing clients by recognising upselling and cross-selling opportunities, and promptly communicate them to the reporting manager.
- Prepare and present regular reports to clients and reporting managers, providing transparent updates on project status and key milestones.
- Ensure client satisfaction by addressing concerns, delivering exceptional customer service, and proactively identifying ways to add value to the client's business.
- Undertake any other duties related to the role as assigned by the Manager.
Requirements
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field
Required Qualifications & Skills:
- 3+ years of experience in account management, preferably in a marketing agency.
- Ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously while maintaining strong attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and credibility with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively and strategically to solve client challenges.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, and project management tools.
- Familiarity with marketing and advertising technologies, including CRM, marketing automation, and social media platforms.
- Fintech Industry Knowledge: Beneficial to have knowledge of the fintech industry, allowing for more effective engagement with clients and understanding of their needs.
