Role BriefAs an Account Manager, you will serve as the primary liaison between JD Logistics and key clients in the Middle East region. You will be responsible for identifying business opportunities, negotiating pricing and contracts, and maintaining strong client relationships to drive long-term success.
Key ResponsibilitiesClient Relationship Management
- Act as the primary point of contact for key decision-makers in client organizations.
- Develop and maintain strong, long-term client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
- Understand client needs and provide customized logistics and supply chain solutions.
Business Development & Revenue Growth
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the logistics and supply chain sector.
- Drive sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and market expansion.
- Work closely with internal teams to provide clients with tailored service solutions.
Negotiation & Contract Management
- Lead pricing discussions, contract negotiations, and service agreements with clients.
- Ensure all agreements align with company goals and deliver profitable growth.
- Collaborate with legal and finance teams to manage contract execution and compliance.
Market Analysis & Strategic Planning
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs in the Middle East logistics industry.
- Provide insights and recommendations to enhance JD Logistics’ market positioning.
- Support product development and operational improvements based on client feedback and market demands.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field.
- Experience:
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in account management, sales, or business development.
- Background in logistics, e-commerce, supply chain, or transportation is preferred.
- Skills & Knowledge:
- Strong negotiation, sales, and relationship management skills.
- Ability to develop and execute business growth strategies.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and sales management systems.
- Language:
- Fluency in English is required.
- Chinese proficiency is a plus.
