The Sales Manager is responsible for proposing and promoting the full LBS product portfolio, including core histology, advanced staining, and digital pathology solutions, in alignment with established marketing and sales strategies. By translating customer needs into value-based solutions, the role directly supports LBS’s strategic objective to position itself as the first-choice provider for customers.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to:
- Aim to advance cancer diagnosis and improve lives through understanding and implementing our Sales/Marketing Strategies.
- Build relationships with key customers and channel partners, solve problems, and implement proposal-based sales that meet their needs.
- Participate in and lead various projects as assigned and deliver results, and participate seminars at regional, etc. Planning and promotion
- Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and applications, to provide customers with the right solutions
- Collaborate with related departments such as services and applications to improve customer satisfaction
The essential requirements of the job include:
- Bachelor's degree
- 5 years of sales experience in life sciences or medical field.
- Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record
It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:
- Experience in a combination of businesses such as medical devices, analytical instruments, and consumables.
- Experience managing and working with distributors.
Travel, Motor Vehicle Record & Physical/Environment Requirements: if applicable for role
- Ability to travel – - Possibility of business travel - Approximately 10% of business travel will involve overnight stays. Covers Tokyo and Kanagawa Prefectures
