Job Summary: 
We are seeking a highly motivated individual with a positive and proactive personality to serve as Account Manager supporting Key Accounts. The Account Manager will play a pivotal role in supporting our Client Advisor team managing day to day client interaction and activity. This individual will be crucial in providing a positive client experience and building rapport with clients and internal Acrisure team. The Account Manager will work closely with the Client Advisor serving as a second point of contact to clients as needed. The Account Manager will play a critical role in building and fostering strong relationships with insurance carriers and other service providers.

Essential Duties: 

Actively manage and participate in client’s various program renewal cycle. Support with issuance and management of Certificate of Insurance for clients. Provide basic contract review as necessary. Provide management and tracking of open items and ad hoc needs for respective clients. Provide client with day-to-day support and address client’s coverage questions and supporting with program changes as needed. Assist with marketing of client’s insurance program’s to various carriers and conversations with insurance carriers throughout renewal process. Support client with exposure gathering process, analyzing of renewal data relative to offered quotes and terms. Monitors and follows-up on invoice generation, fee agreements, receivables, and collections. Addresses and resolves problems. Assist Client Advisor with various projects for clients as needs arise.

Requirements: 

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or related field is preferred.

  • Property & Casualty brokers license preferred, or to be obtained after start date.

  • 3 -5 years of experience in client relationship management, account management, or related roles is preferred.

  • People centric mindset with a proactive approach to address external client needs and internal team members.

  • Positive attitude with the ability to effectively communicate with both external clients and internal team members.

  • Excellent problem-solving skills with willingness to proactively seek answers before engaging team.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, and other relevant tools for client management and reporting.

  • Strong project management skills, attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

  • Confidence to build relationships with insurance carriers and internal stakeholders to deliver best results to clients.

  • Willingness and desire to be engaged and learn new concepts and ideas on a daily basis.
