Account Manager Italy

As an Account Manager for the Italian market, you will build strong relationships with our advertisers and help them succeed on our platform. You will grow existing relationships, drive value for our customers and make an impact in the housing market! 

The team

You will be joining the Sales & Supply department which consists of around 40 team members working across markets. Our mission is to ensure that every tenant who is actively looking for accommodation can always find a home through our platform.

Your role & impact

• Plan and execute business review meetings with SME advertisers to boost customer success.
• Perform activities via phone, online meetings, email, and in person where possible.
• Analyse advertiser performance to identify bottlenecks and opportunities, and translate them into action points.
• Ensure advertisements are formatted correctly and optimise inventory.
• Negotiate with advertisers to maximise the value we deliver and capture.
• Onboard and educate advertisers on our products and services to accelerate success.
• Maintain and develop relationships with advertisers to deliver maximum value and a great customer experience.
• Retain advertisers by keeping them engaged and ensuring their inventory is up to date.
• Grow landlords by increasing listings and upselling extra products and services.
• Manage advertiser inquiries in a timely and efficient manner.
• Collect and deliver customer feedback with a data-driven, value-focused approach.
• Meet or exceed assigned sales KPIs and revenue targets.
• Train and develop yourself to increase sales performance and overall impact.
• Stay up to date on rentals, taxes, regulations, and best practices to be a trusted advisor.

Your profile 

• 3 years of sales/commercial experience, preferably inside sales in marketplace/SaaS or real estate.
• Fluent in English and native-level Italian.
• You’re able to adapt your style depending on the client and the situation. 
• You identify and manage commercial opportunities while building lasting client relationships.
• You’re results-driven and motivated to work with targets and KPIs.
• Energetic, optimistic, and able to motivate your teammates.
• You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are a natural problem solver.
