As an Account Manager – Internship, you will support the Italian Commercial Team in managing and developing the national market.
You will work closely with our Senior Regional Sales Manager, gaining hands‑on commercial experience, deep product knowledge, and direct exposure to our customers and sales network.
This internship is designed to develop a future commercial professional in an highly specialized market, with long‑term growth opportunities within ARAG.
Support the Senior Regional Sales Manager in daily commercial activities across the Italian market.
Collaborate with local agents and internal teams to provide customer-oriented assistance and solutions.
Participate in structured training to acquire strong product knowledge (mechanical, hydraulic, filtering, electronics).
Assist in application support activities and technical pre-sales.
Engage in Customer Service activities to understand customer needs and internal flows.
Join field visits with agents and senior team members to observe customer interactions and commercial processes.
Contribute to mapping customer needs and identifying opportunities in assigned territories.
Support the preparation of reports, documentation, and commercial materials.
Strong relational skills and customer‑oriented attitude.
Curiosity for technical products and willingness to learn applications and solutions.
Flexibility, teamwork mindset, and willingness to travel (~30%).
English proficiency: B2 level.
Preferred academic background: economics, agriculture or related technical/agribusiness fields.
Interest in developing a long‑term commercial career in the agricultural technology sector.
Initial contract: 6‑month internship.
