London Tech Week is the UK’s most influential, and fastest growing, tech event. Our purpose is to showcase and amplify the power of tech to enrich every aspect of our lives. Our content features big-hitting speakers – from the UK Prime Minister to the CEOs of tech giants to visionary innovators. Our expo floor brings tech to life and enables attendees to make connections which deliver lasting value.
The event has grown rapidly in recent years and we have a clear roadmap to continue this into 2025 and beyond. We are looking for an Account Manager who can support this by creating world-class content and recruiting superstar speakers in a fast-moving and exciting sector.

We are seeking an Account Manager to optimize the commercial opportunities for Informa Tech Founders. You will play a vital role in growing our customer base, building lasting relationships, and driving event and digital sales. This role combines account management and new business development in a fast-paced, innovative environment.
In this role, you will be:
- Building connections: You will be the primary contact for customer accounts, cultivating long-term, trust-based relationships.
- Driving growth: You will meet and exceed revenue targets by responding to inbound inquiries, generating leads, and positioning our solutions to meet customer needs.
- Managing details: You will maintain accurate records in our CRM, including account plans, transactions, and customer interactions.
- Shaping experiences: You will collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience across all touchpoints.
- Navigating challenges: You will address customer goals and company objectives through effective project management and creative problem-solving.
- Staying informed: You will actively engage with market trends, competitor products, and industry developments, attending relevant events to deepen your knowledge.
- Building your brand: You will establish a strong presence through social selling and knowledge sharing with colleagues and the wider tech community.
Qualifications
- Experience: Sales experience within events, digital media, or marketing services.
- Relationship skills: Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships at senior levels.
- Analytical mindset: Comfort working with data to draw actionable insights.
- Tech-savviness: Proficiency in tools like Salesforce.com and a strong understanding of the tech landscape.
- Problem-solving skills: A proactive and adaptable approach to challenges.
- Commitment to growth: A dedication to personal development and staying ahead in an ever-changing market.
