Broadridge is growing! The Account Manager will be responsible for servicing and selling into defined corporate issuer accounts. The Account Manager is expected to meet or exceed account and sales targets, to retain 100% of the client base and develop account plans based on a cross-Broadridge understanding of the client. The Account Manager employs strong negotiation and communication skills to partner with and influence business leaders and key decision makers both internally and within our clients’ organizations.
We are made up of high performing teams that meet in person to learn and collaborate as needed. This role is considered hybrid, which means you’ll be assigned to a Broadridge office and given the flexibility to work from home.
Responsibilities:

Lead all aspects of client life cycle – needs assessment, solutions, negotiations, retention/renewals and client experience/satisfaction.

Sales of valued products into key clients and other prospects as assigned.

Understand client’s strategic objectives and how Broadridge can partner on initiatives.

Maintains constant awareness of current and planned development of products. Remains current on industry issues.

Manage internal resources to provide the necessary expertise and support during the sales process.

Provide strategic input into product development to build and improve product offering.

Be coachable by colleagues in ways to improve their consultative sales skills within the operations groups of broker/dealer clients.

Collaborate with and advise Global Account and Strategic Account Leadership as it relates to certain client relationship planning, execution and client issues.

Continuously develop C-suite client relationships to drive deeper client relationships.

Collaborate with Sales, Service Delivery and Product Management in support of the client relationship and management of new sales opportunities and contract renewals.

Originate new sales opportunities within existing accounts, focusing on client needs and Broadridge strategic initiatives.

Build account profiles outlining client businesses, senior leadership, existing global relationships with BR and new sales opportunities.
Required Skills:

5+ years related sales or account management experience with at least 3 in the financial services industry.

Bachelor's degree in related field required; MBA preferred.

Proven track record of sales results and growth.

Deep understanding of financial industry.

Excellent presentation & interpersonal skills.

Ability to work in a dynamic environment.

Demonstrated knowledge of financial markets and of the financial services industry

Knowledge of the regulatory communications process

Ability to establish strong personal and working relationship with clients and colleagues

Ability to work successfully in a dynamic environment

Ability to and willingness to travel to client sites at least 30% of the year.
Base Salary range $90,000.00-$95,000.00. Commission Target: $80,000 - $150,000. Bonus Eligible.
