We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Account Manager to join our team.
As an Account Manager, you will play a key role in selling our innovative products and services to customers within your assigned territory. You’ll leverage your exceptional communication and problem-solving skills to understand customer needs, perform cost-saving analyses, troubleshoot issues, and qualify creditworthiness.
Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain positive relationships with existing customers, ensuring their needs are met with tailored solutions.

Generate new sales by actively promoting our product line and identifying growth opportunities within your territory.

Conduct cost-saving analyses and resolve customer issues in a timely and professional manner.

Assess creditworthiness of customers to support the sales process and maintain financial integrity.

Monitor and analyze market trends in your assigned region, preparing sales reports as required.

Participate in month-end inventory and manage accounts receivable.
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in a related area.

Minimum of 1 year of customer service or sales experience.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook, with the ability to learn additional software applications as needed.

Preferred experience in a manufacturing environment (not required).

Knowledge of our organization, culture, and product lines is a plus.
