YOUR MISSION

Q-Commerce is the second biggest category inside Glovo. We are currently building a strong team to re-invent how consumers buy their groceries and any other product in their city, making it more convenient and easy than ever.

Be a key role in developing the Q Commerce Groceries Vertical in Italy.

THE JOURNEY

  • Be the main contact for Glovo’s grocery partners category, building a win-win relationship through consistent and proactive communication, identifying their needs, and working as a team to get the best out of the partnership.
  • Lead contract negotiations to establish a strong working partnership grounded on sustainable economics for both parties.
  • Deliver day to day campaign execution, optimization, and analysis across multiple partners.
  • Be responsible for partners’ business performance, analyze their main KPIs and ensure growth MoM, YoY.
  • As owner of Glovo’s revenue, you’ll make sure that all deals follow the required profitability in line with the P&L. 
  • Draw and execute plans, in order to make your partners grow through promos negotiations, marketing activations and menu performance (selling items, AOV, Conversion Rate, cross selling and upselling).
  • Get feedback from our partners and translate it into solutions. 
  • Improve operational efficiency of our partners by making sure we always deliver the best service to our customers. 
  • Actively collaborate with your colleagues and learn from each other in a supportive environment that allows you to grow, develop and make a difference.

WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE RIDE

  • Experience: 2+ years as Business Developer or Account Manager within startups, HORECA, FMCG, or top tech companies.
  • Analytical skills: Comfortable with using data to make decisions; proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets.
  • Judgment and assertiveness: Ability to own up to mistakes and approach situations with optimism.
  • Critical thinking: Skill in finding smart and elegant solutions to complex, multi-disciplinary challenges.
  • Ownership: A natural bias for action, with a focus on achieving objectives and meeting deadlines.
  • Attitude: An empathetic, inclusive, and curious approach towards the business and the industry.
  • Native Italian Speaker with Professional English-level skills
