YOUR MISSION

Build and develop strong partnerships with top grocery (GDO) accounts.

THE JOURNEY

  • Own the relationship: Take full responsibility for the 360º development of our most important grocery partners.
  • Strategic partnerships: Establish and maintain close relationships with key stakeholders (both senior management and operational POCs) to define and implement a joint business strategy.
  • Data-driven growth: Utilize data to enhance growth and profitability for both partners and Glovo.
  • Operational excellence: Ensure the operational performance of your partners by working with them to adopt Glovo’s best practices.
  • Expand relationships: Broaden the depth of our partnerships in terms of coverage and service adoption (marketplace, SaaS, Ads, etc.).
  • Collaborative solutions: Work with various internal departments to create and implement tailored solutions that address partners' needs, including Operations, Marketing, and Retail Media.

WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE RIDE

  • Experience: 3+ years in Account Management or Business Development within startups, HORECA, FMCG, or top tech companies.
  • Analytical skills: Comfort with using data to make decisions; proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets.
  • Judgment and assertiveness: Ability to own up to mistakes and approach situations with optimism.
  • Critical thinking: Skill in finding smart and elegant solutions to complex, multi-disciplinary challenges.
  • Ownership: A natural bias for action, with a focus on achieving objectives and meeting deadlines.
  • Attitude: An empathetic, inclusive, and curious approach towards the business and the industry.
  • Native Italian Speaker with Professional English level skills.
