Trust Payments have an exciting opportunity for a Gaming Account Manager to join the team.


Location: Malta

Salary: Competitive + Benefits

Contract: Full Time, Permanent


Gaming Account Manager – The Role:

You will manage merchant relationships and serve as dedicated point of contact for individually assigned clients. The Account Manager builds trusted relationships and acts as interface between the client and Trust Payments. They hold the responsibility for maintaining and growing profitability of the assigned clients.  

Gaming Account Manager – Key Responsibilities:

  • Main commercial contact for named clients, including troubleshooting issues on existing accounts
  • Perform regular review meetings with clients to foster loyalty and identify opportunity and risks
  • Re-negotiate pricing and/or settlement of commercial terms within a commercial framework
  • Upsell transactional and non-transactional services (ie acquiring, APMs, security, fraud screening)
  • Andress requested client merchant account changes or associated contract / service, as requested
  • Handle ad-hoc tasks required by changing market environments or involvement in commercial activities including gaming event attendance
  •  Ensure accurate data is held within Salesforce

Gaming Account Manager – Skill and Qualifications:

  •  Account Management or Sales background in technology-based products and services
  • Proven ability to meet and exceed sales, cross sell and upsell targets
  •  Experience of writing and maintaining Account Plans
  • Working knowledge of PSPs, Gateway solutions and Acquiring bank processes
  • Familiarity with the gaming and gambling industry desirable
  • Strong communication, presentation and teamwork skills
  • Knowledge of Payment systems capabilities and features
  •  Computer literacy, word processing, CRM, data handling, record keeping
  • Ability to perform the role of a good ambassador for the organisation at all time
  • Comfortable in a dynamic, unstructured environment
  •  Strong self-starter with strong networking and both internal and external relationship-building skills
