We are seeking a proactive and experienced Affiliate Marketing Manager to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for finding new affiliates, negotiating commercial terms, managing relationships, and optimizing affiliate performance. This role requires excellent negotiation skills, relationship management expertise, and a data-driven approach to maximize affiliate marketing efforts.

What You'll Do

General: 

  • Manage the affiliates of the company partners. 

  • Work according to the marketing strategy and the marketing plans, media and digital marketing mix. 

  • Prepare weekly, monthly, quarterly and yearly reports 

 

Budget & Finance: 

  • Responsible for the relevant parts of the end of the monthly Partners marketing & finance process. 

  • Work according to the marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources across initiatives. 

  • Track and report on marketing expenditures, performance, and ROI. 

 

Affiliate Recruitment: 

  • Identify and recruit new affiliates to join the affiliate programs. 

  • Conduct research to identify high-potential affiliates that align with our brand and business objectives. 

  • Attend industry events and networking opportunities to connect with potential affiliates. 

 

Commercial Terms Negotiation: 

  • Negotiate and agree on commercial terms with new and existing affiliates. 

  • Ensure that all agreements are mutually beneficial and aligned with company goals. 

  • Regularly review and renegotiate terms to optimize performance and profitability. 

 

 

 

Relationship Management: 

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with affiliates, acting as their primary point of contact. 

  • Provide ongoing support and communication to affiliates, addressing any issues or concerns. 

  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance affiliate satisfaction and loyalty. 

 

Performance Optimization: 

  • Monitor and analyze affiliate performance to identify opportunities for improvement. 

  • Develop and execute strategies to optimize affiliate campaigns and maximize ROI. 

  • Provide affiliates with regular performance reports, insights, and recommendations for improvement. 

 

Campaign Management: 

  • Coordinate and manage affiliate marketing campaigns, ensuring they are executed effectively and efficiently. 

  • Collaborate with internal teams, including creative, content, and product, to support affiliate campaigns. 

  • Ensure all marketing materials and creatives are up-to-date and compliant with brand guidelines. 

 

Data Analysis and Reporting: 

  • Track, measure, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) for the affiliate program. 

  • Use data and analytics to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for growth. 

  • Prepare detailed reports and presentations for internal stakeholders. 

 

Compliance and Quality Assurance: 

  • Ensure that all affiliate activities comply with industry regulations and company policies. 

Monitor affiliate activities to prevent fraud and ensure high-quality traffic and leads. 

 

 

Development: 

  • Be part of the team to define and develop relevant marketing and measurement tools. 

What We're Looking For

  • Mandatory - fluent in Spanish and English (read, write talk) 

  • This is a hands-on position. 

  • Reary to work overtime with partners from different time-zone. 

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.  

  • Proven track record of successful affiliate recruitment, negotiation, and performance optimization.  

  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills. 

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. 

  • Proficiency in using affiliate marketing platforms and tools. 

  • Knowledge of industry regulations and best practices. 

  • Hybrid job. 3 day’s at the office. 

  • Advanced knowledge of computers and Windows Office Programs.
