The Marketing Services division at Fullsteam specializes in delivering tailored digital marketing solutions, including SEO, PPC, and website development, to existing clients across diverse industries. By enhancing the value of Fullsteam's software offerings, our team drives measurable results, helping businesses thrive in competitive markets. We focus on enabling businesses to attract and retain customers, increase visibility, and grow their bottom line.

As an Account Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving the growth of Fullsteam’s Marketing Services. Your primary responsibility will be to engage with existing software clients, build relationships, and sell tailored marketing solutions to meet their unique business needs. You’ll leverage your sales expertise to identify opportunities, close deals, and help customers achieve success through our suite of marketing services.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to promote and sell marketing services (SEO, PPC, websites) to existing Business Unit clients.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their business challenges and align solutions to their goals.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the value of Fullsteam’s marketing services.
  • Manage the entire sales process, from prospecting to closing deals, ensuring a seamless client experience.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Marketing and Customer Success, to deliver optimal solutions and drive client satisfaction.
  • Consistently meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in Salesforce or other CRM systems.

Skills & Competencies:

  • Proven ability to establish trust and rapport with clients, fostering long-term relationships.
  • Strong consultative selling skills with a focus on understanding client needs and delivering tailored solutions.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to identify opportunities and resolve challenges proactively.
  • Demonstrated ability to learn and adapt quickly to new verticals.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 3+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably in marketing services or a related industry.
  • Experience working with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) to track sales activities and manage pipelines.
  • Track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas in a competitive environment.
  • Willingness to travel as needed to attend client meetings or industry events.
