We are seeking a talented individual to join our Client Relationship Management team at Marsh. This role will be based in Bucharest, Romania.
As a Client Relationship Management Specialist, you will play a crucial role in managing client portfolios and ensuring high-quality service delivery.

We will count on you to:

• Manage a portfolio of clients and provide quality day-to-day service and administration of existing insurance contracts, in compliance with Marsh’s standards and procedures
• Deliver tailored FINPRO and Cyber solutions (D&O, E&O/PI, Crime/Fidelity, Financial Institutions Bond, cyber insurance)
• Answer client’s requests for insurance / renewal / modification of insurance policies or consultancy services
• Solve problems regarding client account issues & ensure that appropriate messages are being sent to the clients
• Participate in client and prospect meetings
• Identify and actively pursue potential new business opportunities for existing clients and prospects

What you need to have: 

• At least 3 years experience in Corporate Insurance/Brokerage
• Bachelor Degree in Business
• Fluent Romanian, English (B2)
• Computer proficient, very good knowledge of Microsoft Office suite (proficiency with Excel)
• Strong communicative skills, analytical thinking, problem solver, attention to details, organized, with a good self-discipline, with initiative; ability to meet tight deadlines
• Team spirit, willing to learn new things, persuasive, proactive
