About the Role
We’re looking for a high-performing Account Manager to manage and grow relationships with enterprise customers across EMEA. This Tel Aviv–based role reports to the Director of Strategic Accounts.
You will act as the commercial owner for your accounts—driving renewals, expansions, and overall account health. You will partner closely with Customer Success to ensure adoption, value realization, and continuous growth. This is a quota-carrying role with strong visibility and impact on regional NDR.
Responsibilities
Customer Ownership & Growth
- Manage a portfolio of enterprise accounts across EMEA, driving renewals and expansions.
- Identify and execute upsell and cross-sell opportunities aligned with customer needs.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with senior stakeholders (CISO, SecOps, IT, procurement).
Account Strategy & Execution
- Lead account mapping, opportunity planning, and multi-threading to expand account footprint.
- Work with Customer Success on onboarding, adoption, and proactive risk mitigation.
- Prepare and participate in QBRs/EBRs, demonstrating value and influencing strategic direction.
- Develop strong expertise in the IONIX platform, competitive landscape, and cybersecurity trends.
Operational Excellence
- Accurately forecast renewals and expansions.
- Identify risks early and build action plans to protect retention.
- Collaborate with Product, Support, and Marketing to advocate for customer needs and ensure continued value.
Requirements
- 5+ years of Enterprise Account Management or Customer Growth experience (farmer profile).
- Mandatory: cybersecurity experience (selling, managing, or supporting cyber solutions).
- Proven track record with renewals and expansions in SaaS, cybersecurity, IT, or other B2B tech.
- Experience engaging enterprise organizations and multiple senior stakeholders.
- Fluent English — the role operates entirely in English.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and commercial negotiation abilities.
- Team player with a startup mindset, ownership, and resilience.
- Hybrid role: 3 days per week in the Tel Aviv office.
