Serve as primary client contact to build relationships, develop digital marketing strategies (branding, web, SEO, SMM, media buying), coordinate internal teams, monitor campaign performance, identify upsell opportunities, and ensure client satisfaction and retention.

Requirements
- 2–4 years of hands-on experience in account management, preferably in a digital marketing agency.
- In-depth knowledge of digital marketing strategies and tactics.
- Enough knowledge of branding, web design & development, SEO, SMM, and media buying
- Strong client communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze data and provide actionable insights to clients.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
- Results-oriented and able to work in a collaborative team environment.
- Strong negotiation, critical thinking, and communication skills.
- Self-motivated and results-driven.
