About the Role 

We are looking for a highly motivated and customer-centric Account Manager to manage and grow a portfolio of strategic clients for the DACH region. In this role, you will act as a trusted advisor, driving customer success, retention, and revenue growth while ensuring clients maximize the value of our platform and services.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders to develop long-term partnerships, align business objectives, and identify opportunities for expansion.

Key ResponsibilitiesStrategic Account Management
  • Act as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of strategic customers.

  • Build trusted relationships with key stakeholders and align platform usage with business objectives.

  • Conduct regular Business Reviews, monitor performance against KPIs, and recommend optimisation strategies to maximise customer value and ROI.

Customer Retention & Growth
  • Monitor account health, adoption, and customer satisfaction to proactively identify risks and opportunities.

  • Lead contract renewals, negotiations, and commercial discussions.

  • Drive account growth through upselling, cross-selling, and expansion opportunities.

Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience and successful product adoption.

  • Advocate for customer needs and share feedback with Product, Marketing, Sales, and Support teams.

  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of Account Management processes and best practices.

Enterprise Account Leadership
  • Manage complex, multi-product, and international customer relationships.

  • Develop a deep understanding of customers’ business challenges and act as a strategic advisor.

  • Ensure alignment between headquarters, regional teams, and internal stakeholders.

What We're Looking For
  • Proven experience in Account Management, Customer Success, or a related customer-facing SaaS role.

  • Strong commercial mindset with experience managing renewals, upselling, and revenue growth.

  • Excellent stakeholder management and relationship-building skills, including executive-level interactions.

  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable recommendations.

  • Experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder, and international accounts.

  • Outstanding communication, negotiation, and project coordination skills.

  • Fluent in Germa, and English.

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative, and customer-focused environment.
