What You'll Do
  • Own day-to-day relationships with assigned clients, becoming a trusted partner who understands their business, marketing objectives, and growth opportunities.

  • Lead end-to-end influencer marketing campaigns; from briefing and planning through execution, optimization, and post-campaign evaluation; ensuring every project is delivered with excellence.

  • Partner closely with Influencer, Creative, Strategy, Media, and Operations teams to translate client objectives into integrated creator campaigns that deliver meaningful results.

  • Guide campaign delivery across multiple brands, proactively managing timelines, budgets, risks, and stakeholder expectations in a fast-paced agency environment.

  • Monitor campaign performance throughout execution, identifying opportunities to optimize results and deliver stronger business impact.

  • Present campaign recommendations, performance insights, and strategic learnings with confidence, helping clients understand not only what happened; but what to do next.

  • Identify opportunities to grow existing partnerships through additional services, new campaign opportunities, and long-term client collaboration.

A Bit About You
  • At least 4 ears of experience in Account Management, Client Services, Influencer Marketing, Social Media, or Integrated Marketing within an agency environment.

  • Strong understanding of influencer marketing, creator ecosystems, and how social-first campaigns contribute to broader business and brand objectives.

  • Proven experience managing multiple clients and campaigns simultaneously while maintaining exceptional attention to detail and client satisfaction.

  • Excellent stakeholder management skills; you build trust quickly, communicate confidently, and know how to bring diverse teams together to deliver great work.

  • Commercially aware, with experience managing campaign budgets, scopes, profitability, and account growth opportunities.

  • Calm under pressure, highly organized, and comfortable making decisions in dynamic, fast-moving environments.
