The Account Manager serves as a key member of the Consulting Practice Group, supporting the execution of client campaigns and ensuring exceptional service for our roster of clients. This role is designed for individuals who are early-to-mid career in political consulting and are looking to grow their skills in the field. Account Managers are responsible for day-to-day coordination of client work, data analysis, and campaign support. Work closely with Directors and senior leadership to deliver results that exceed client expectations.
- Support the execution of political and advocacy campaign plans by coordinating deliverables and managing timelines.
- Serve as a client point of contact for day-to-day communications, ensuring needs are met and issues are resolved promptly.
- Collaborate with consulting team to ensure high-quality execution of client contracts.
- Collect, organize, and analyze political or campaign data to inform strategic decision-making.
- Prepare client-facing reports, proposals, presentations, and campaign performance updates.
- Organize client meetings focusing on scheduling, agendas, capturing key deliverables and action items.
- Participate in client meetings, document key action items, and track progress.
Salary Range: $50k-$80k/year
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in political science, public administration, communications, or a related field.
- 0–3 years of experience in political consulting, advocacy, or campaign-related work for Account Manager
- Strong organizational and project management skills with keen attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; able to prepare professional client materials.
- Ability to analyze and interpret political or campaign data effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); familiarity with political databases or campaign management software a plus.
- Self-starter with the ability to take direction, manage multiple priorities, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Team player with strong interpersonal skills and a client-first mindset
