Responsibilities include PAC data management, contribution screening, banking and reconciliations, reporting, client relationship management, software training, operating procedures, team mentoring, and deadline management. The role may lead teams, resolve client data issues, support software conversions, identify upsell opportunities, and represent the company at events.

Provides PAC and lobbying compliance services for corporate and association clients. Prepares federal and state campaign finance, lobbying, pay-to-play, and nonprofit filings; manages PAC databases, banking, reconciliations, contribution limits, and reports. Serves as client relationship manager, trains clients on software, develops procedures, resolves data issues, supports software conversions, and helps train team members while meeting statutory deadlines.

Lead creation of brand-driven digital design across websites, campaigns, ads, email, presentations, and marketing materials. Develop original brand concepts and design systems, craft website UI/UX, present creative direction, collaborate with teams and developers, manage multiple client projects and iterate quickly under tight timelines.
