As a Commercial Lines Account Manager, you will play a vital role in helping clients protect what matters most.
Requirements
Primary Responsibilities:
- Manage client accounts, identifying coverage gaps and recommending solutions
- Support Producers with new/renewal business, proposals, quotes, and policy accuracy
- Handle service requests (certificates, endorsements, audits, cancellations) promptly
- Deliver exceptional client service with a fast, professional response
Experience and Skills:
- Property & Casualty license and 3+ years of commercial insurance service experience
- Strong knowledge of insurance products, markets, and underwriting
- Excellent communication, organization, and client service skills
- Professional designations (CIC, CPCU, CRM, CISR, ARM) preferred
- Applied Epic experience preferred but not a deal breaker
Skills Required
- Property & Casualty license
- 3+ years of commercial insurance service experience
- Strong knowledge of insurance products, markets, and underwriting

- Professional designations (CIC, CPCU, CRM, CISR, ARM)
- Applied Epic experience
