Account Manager, Collision

Partly is building the infrastructure for anyone to repair anything. We believe everything built should be repairable, and we're building frontier AI to put repair knowledge to work, starting with the $2tn automotive market.

Our model, Interpreter, is the first AI purpose-built to understand repair. Trained on 1M+ car models and 1B+ parts, it reads a repair job the way an estimator does, resolves damage into the exact purchasable part, and shows its reasoning with a confidence score. On real production jobs, an estimator working with Interpreter reaches 98.8% parts-list accuracy, against 92.1% with today's tools. It powers PartlyRepair, used by collision shops, workshops and suppliers to take the admin off the job; PartlyLabs, the agentic infrastructure enterprises use to deploy Interpreter across their own workflows; and a developer API.

As Partly's Account Manager, Collision, you'll own our collision repairer relationships across the South Island.

This is a hands-on account role. You'll make sure every panel and paint shop on PartlyRepair gets real value from it: onboarded, using it every week to quote and buy parts, and staying with us. You'll be on the road, in the workshops, and the person repairers call when something needs fixing.

You'll also be our eyes and ears in the region, bringing what repairers need back to Product and Engineering so we build the right things next.

💻 What will you do?

• Own your repairer book. Be the day-to-day contact for owners, estimators and parts staff at collision repairers across the South Island.

• Drive weekly use. Take newly signed repairers from handoff to weekly active, then keep them there with regular check-ins and training.

• Spot churn early. Watch usage, reach out before a shop drifts, and reactivate dormant accounts.

• Grow accounts. Find opportunities for more users, more sites and more value, and work with Sales to land them.

• Resolve issues to ground. Own problems from first report to fix, working directly with Support, Product and Engineering.

• Be the voice of the repairer. Turn what you hear in workshops into clear, structured feedback for the wider team.
  

• Collision repair experience, either inside a repairer or as a supplier, insurer or assessor working with them.

• Account management or customer success experience, managing many relationships without dropping detail.

• Trusted quickly. Repairers take you seriously because you understand how their business runs.

• Comfortable with data and tools. You live in the CRM and dashboards, and act on what they show.

• Self-directed. You plan your own week across a large region without needing to be managed.

• Full NZ driver licence and happy to travel regularly across the South Island.

• (Bonus) Experience selling or supporting software for workshops or parts suppliers.
