1) 负责客户日常对接管理,建立良好有效且及时的沟通服务。梳理需求并有效安排团队协作,并保证最终产出交付质量。
2) 指导并带领团队成员进行日常服务,确保高标准且时效性交付,包括但不限于:日常咨询、传播内容撰写、媒体策略与更新维护、报告产出等。
3) 独立lead服务团队进行项目策划与执行 (年度传播策略、传播战役等),包括但不限于方案撰写、创意输出、行业调研、预算报价、提案、执行进度把控等。
4) 日常内外部执行协调与产出把控,并能积极通过日常工作建立良好客户关系。
职位需求:
1) 4年及以上相关领域公关公司工作经验,具有丰富TPR与IMC经验,有相关行业客户服务或to C整合传播经验优先。
2) 本科及以上学历,良好中英文写作能力。英文CET 6级及以上同等水平,能够使用英文作为办公语言。
3) 熟悉内容拓展与媒体关系沟通技巧,有较为丰富相关领域媒体资源为佳。
4) 优秀沟通与写作能力,敏锐行业洞察力,能够为内部与客户提出策略/创造性传播建议。
5) 强人际沟通能力与客户服务意识,拥有多任务处理能力,有独立带领队经验为佳。
6) 有逻辑、有判断力、有抗压力。主观责任意识强,灵活应变,善于统筹内外。
