We’re looking for an Account Manager to join our Belfast team. In this role, you’ll help us build lasting relationships with restaurant partners in Northern Ireland, identifying growth opportunities and improving our proposition for local customers.

What You’ll Be Doing

You’ll be joining the Regional UK & Ireland team. We are experts in the local markets we serve, responsible for driving performance across our most mature domestic markets and partnering with global departments to deliver results.

Here’s what your day-to-day might look like:

  • Partner Performance: Drive restaurant growth through data analysis and industry knowledge to maximise order volume and marketplace potential.

  • Relationship Management: Maintain and strengthen the bond between Deliveroo and our restaurant partners through regular, high-impact meetings.

  • Commercial Negotiation: Lead discussions on contracts and partnership terms to ensure long-term, mutual value.

  • Operational Efficiency: Partner with restaurant and rider operations teams to solve local challenges and improve service delivery.

  • Growth Strategy: Collaborate with marketing teams to accelerate order growth and present new ideas to increase Deliveroo’s regional efficiency.

What You’ll Need to Thrive

  • Relationship Management: Significant experience in account management or a similar client-facing role.

  • Communication Excellence: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and engage partners effectively.

  • Commercial Mindset: Proven ability to work with data and draw actionable insights to guide business growth.

  • Target Driven: A track record of achieving commercial targets and delivering on key performance indicators.

  • Regional Mobility: The ability to commute regularly to meet restaurant partners across the Belfast area.
