Account Manager Associate

1.800MD is seeking a dynamic and motivated Account Manager Associate to join our team! This role offers an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact by driving utilization and sales for both new and existing accounts. As an Account Manager Associate, you will work closely with group administrators to educate their employees and members about 1.800MD services. From onboarding and implementation to ongoing support and annual renewals, you will be responsible for ensuring the success of each account.

Your Impact:

• Manage and oversee the company’s account renewal process
• Send renewal letters to accounts in a timely manner, ahead of their renewal dates
• Conduct high-volume outbound calls to new, active, and former accounts
• Schedule and lead educational webinars to inform clients about 1.800MD services
• Build trusted relationships with decision-makers by understanding their strategic goals, providing quarterly reports, and developing actionable plans
• Ensure clients effectively utilize marketing materials to educate their employees
• Develop and implement quarterly strategic plans to ensure client success and account retention

Successful Candidate Will Have:

• 2–3 years of experience in account management, account retention, or sales
• Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required
• Background in account services or retention; marketing experience is a plus
• Proven success in fast-paced sales or startup environments
• Strong presentation skills and the ability to build credibility with Director- and C-level executives
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
