Achieves revenue targets by increasing revenue spend per account. May conduct regular status and strategy meetings with the customer's senior management to understand their needs and link them to the organization's product/service strategies. Responsibilities are within the Account/Relationship Management Function as it relates specifically to telesales. Developing professional role with working knowledge in own discipline. Solves a range of routine problems. Demonstrates some proficiency with concepts and processes. Analyses possible solutions using standard procedures. Receives a moderate level of guidance and direction from more senior level roles.
Accountabilities:
Manage an existing book of business (i.e. in charge of renewing customers with existing contracts)
Meet Sales Team Objectives including but not limited to the following:
Retention activities through working in advance
Generate Upsell opportunities and convert forecasted pipeline to sales
Engage with customers to verify user experience and identify pain points
Drive conversations based on mutual understanding with customer needs and address with value-led proposals
Collaborate with cross-functional partners to extend the positive customer experience

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree holder or completed at least 2 years level in College (no back subjects/incomplete units)
At least 2 years of Inside Sales/Account Management experience handling existing customer portfolio preferably within a prominent organization where solution and consultative selling approaches were used
Great listener, quick thinker, and the ability to work independently and as a team
Experience in a corporate / B2B sales environment preferred
Able to effectively communicate (both verbal and written) and influence across global locations and teams, listening and challenging collaboratively
Strong detail orientation with the ability to follow defined processes
Strong time management skills
Enthusiastic and creative with the ability to inspire others and our customers.
Excellent communication skills with a positive attitude and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office
Experience in handling CRM tool is a plus
English essential and additional languages preferred (Mandarin, Korean, Japanese)
Ability to quickly learn and apply enterprise AI tools and technologies to support technical workflows and business objectives.
