This individual will help secure a best-in-class customer experience for PWSC’s midsize accounts with a focus on account growth, retention, and upselling. The role requires a candidate with strong project management, customer service, and upselling skills. This ideal candidate is a process driven individual with the ability to proactively turn a customer’s need into an actionable solution. They understand and can educate customers and other team members regarding the legal and business foundations for products their customers may purchase, including nuances between different warranty terms and conditions, and different language and procedures within the products designed to meet the clients’ objectives, This individual also is a great communicator who is capable of connecting with customers to ensure that their needs are met.
Account Management for Midsize Builders
Responsible for end-to-end management of midsize builder accounts, including onboarding, renewals, upselling, and retention, typically generating $10K–$50K annually or enrolling fewer than five homes per year.Enrollment Maintenance
Ensures all account enrollments are current by resolving outstanding items and reconciling data with customer closing reports.Account Updates Execution
Manages and implements account changes such as pricing, product updates, and renewals, coordinating with customers, CRM systems, and internal teams.Documentation & Technology Use
Uses various technologies to compile and deliver essential client documentation like validation forms, enrollment forms, and reports.Special Project Support
Provides administrative support for initiatives like reactivating dormant accounts and conducting audits.Industry & Company Awareness
Stays informed on industry and company changes, communicates updates to clients, and advocates for customer needs within PWSC.Performance Metrics
Meets or exceeds KPIs related to upselling, retention, growth, onboarding efficiency, and daily operational tasks.
- Excellent collaboration and project management skills
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Advanced organization and customer service skills
- Proven sales and account management/retention experience
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems (Microsoft Dynamics experience is a plus)
- Ability to manage time effectively and allocate the right resources to competing priorities
- Currently holds or is willing to obtain property and casualty insurance licensing
- Willingness to travel (<15%)
- Willingness to work Eastern Standard Hours (9:00am-5:00pm)
- Prior experience with a home builder, warranty company, or insurance company is a plus
- Familiarity with the Challenger or Sandler sales methodology is a plus
