Job Description

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Manage a book of business for existing accounts.
  • Conduct regular status meetings with customers to understand their needs and link them to the organization’s product/service strategies.
  • Support and work with all dedicated service managers and specialists for assigned accounts.
  • Manage pricing and service related activities.
  • Perform cross-referencing activities.
  • Create and run monthly/quarterly reports as needed.
  • Respond to escalated issues that may arise; seek additional support from management as needed.

MINIMUM JOB REQUIREMENTS:

Education:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.

Certification / Licensure:

  • None required.

Work Experience:

  • None required.

Knowledge / Skills / Abilities:

  • Computer proficiency especially in MS Excel, Word, and Outlook.

  • Bachelor’s Degree.

Work Experience:

  • At least 1 year of account management or sales experience.

Knowledge / Skills / Abilities:

  • Background in commissioned, tangible product sales.
  • Experience identifying, connecting with, building consensus, and closing new business.
  • Ability to present multiple product lines.

The anticipated salary range for this position:

$22.75 - $33.00 Hourly

The actual salary will vary based on applicant’s location, education, experience, skills, and abilities. Medline will not pay less than the applicable minimum wage or salary threshold.

Our benefit package includes health insurance, life and disability, 401(k) contributions, paid time off, etc., for employees working 30 or more hours per week on average. For roles where employees work less than 30 hours per week, benefits include 401(k) contributions, paid time off, as well as access to the Employee Assistance Program, Employee Resource Groups and the Employee Service Corp.
