Responsible for servicing and managing relationships with existing accounts.Job Description
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage a book of business for existing accounts.
- Conduct regular status meetings with customers to understand their needs and link them to the organization’s product/service strategies.
- Support and work with all dedicated service managers and specialists for assigned accounts.
- Manage pricing and service related activities.
- Perform cross-referencing activities.
- Create and run monthly/quarterly reports as needed.
- Respond to escalated issues that may arise; seek additional support from management as needed.
MINIMUM JOB REQUIREMENTS:

Certification / Licensure:

Knowledge / Skills / Abilities:
- Computer proficiency especially in MS Excel, Word, and Outlook.

- Background in commissioned, tangible product sales.

The anticipated salary range for this position:
$22.75 - $33.00 HourlyThe actual salary will vary based on applicant’s location, education, experience, skills, and abilities. Medline will not pay less than the applicable minimum wage or salary threshold.
