Job Description Summary
Primary purpose of the job:
Record and maintain up-to-date, accurate, complete and consistent lease data base in order to ground and deliver cost effective and proactive operational and financial portfolio management for the occupier clients of Cushman & Wakefield GOS.
Job Description
Other professional qualifications required for filling the position:
- BSC/MSC degree required
- 2 years data processing or real estate operation experience in international environment is required
Foreign language skills required for filling the position:
- English language advanced
- Knowledge of any other European language is an advantage

Responsibilities of the jobholder:
- Comply with all Client and Cushman & Wakefield internal processes and data quality controls
- Delivering the contracted service level
Regular tasks:
Daily and other BAU tasks to deliver:
- Reading real estate leases and associated documents to record information regarding payments, critical dates, and responsibilities or comparing legal documents and/or abstraction form with the abstracted data or the lease data recorded in the system as per process documentation
- Maintenance of property databases
- Efficient management of own workload and ability to support other teammates in their workload
- Managing and being part of the back-up system within the team
- Managing and taking part in the training of the new joiners
- Supporting the maintenance of BAU process documents relating their job
- In an account management role, increased responsibility for the day-to-day delivery of client service, status reporting and communication with the client with minimal oversight
- Demonstrating an awareness of the contract commercials and developing contract management skills
- Driving contract performance reporting (KPIs) as part of client quarterly business review cycle and identifying areas to improve client service delivery
- Challenging anomalies / nuances in the data and proactively following up to resolve data issues. Manage potential areas of risk in the data management process.
- Proactively identify potential process improvements
- Ensuring timely and accurate account billing
Service coordination tasks:
- Supporting senior specialist in the proper allocation of daily workload
