What you’ll do
- Solution selling: Drive corporate account growth by constantly seeking new opportunities to develop, expand, and strengthen relationships with key clients.
- Act as the primary point of contact for key clients, providing the necessary support and addressing their needs.
- Analyze data to identify growth and profitability opportunities for both clients and Lalamove.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with departments such as Marketing, Operations, and Customer Service to initiate new initiatives and resolve challenges.
- Prepare comprehensive weekly business review reports for key accounts.

What you’ll need
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or any related field is preferred but not mandatory
- Minimum of 1 year experience in Account Management or Client Servicing within a similar industry
- Fresh graduates are welcomed to apply
