Job Description:
• Develops account plans based on the brand strategy and execute tactics as a result of the segment, opportunities and barriers.
• Executes account plans by identify, analyze and interact with the stakeholder map
• Assures product availability by managing sell in, Sell Out, inventories, PCM, DPM as a result on demand generation.
• Coordinates the account team being the voice of the customer and is proactive on taking a course of action.
• Develops new markets and accounts in private and public institutions
• Understands, analyses and execute sales force effectiveness KPIs
• Plays an advisory role delivering clinical and economical evidence, tailored made to customer needs
• Key player on product launches and access, promoting clinical experience by supporting specific patients in public institutions
REQUIREMENTS
• Life science or similar degree
• Experience in same position minimum 5 years, desirable in high specialty
• Experience in Oncology therapeutics areas is a nice to have
• Scientific orientation
• Account leadership and management
