We are looking for a Account & Finance Executive in the software/IT industry. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in accounting operations, financial reporting, GST/TDS compliance, vendor management, and basic budgeting.
Key Responsibilities:
● Handle day-to-day accounting activities, including AP/AR, bank entries, and ledger maintenance.
● Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
● Manage invoicing, payment follow-ups, and revenue recognition as per company policies.
● Coordinate with internal teams for expense approvals and reconciliations.
● Process vendor bills, employee reimbursements, and maintain proper documentation.
● Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, and other statutory requirements.
● Support external/internal audits by providing required data and documents.
● Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management.
● Maintain financial databases and ensure accurate record keeping.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
● MBA in Finance or any relevant qualification.
● 1+ years of accounting/finance experience in the software or IT industry.
● Good knowledge of GST, TDS, and statutory compliance.
● Experience with accounting software (Tally, Zoho Books, QuickBooks, or similar).
● Strong MS Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, MIS reporting).
● Attention to detail, strong analytical skills, and the ability to meet deadlines.
● Good communication and coordination skills.
Skills Required
