Location : Warsaw (hybrid/ minimum twice a week in the office)
Base salary: between 80,000 and 95,000 PLN (depending on experience) and commissions are approximately 75,000 PLN (uncapped)

About the role:
As an Account Executive at LexisNexis Risk Solutions, you will play a key role in driving customer success, retention, and revenue growth within your assigned portfolio. You’ll manage a book of existing customers throughout their lifecycle, ensuring timely renewals while proactively identifying opportunities to expand usage, increase licences, and introduce additional products.
You’ll act as a trusted advisor to your clients, building strong relationships at all levels and developing a deep understanding of their needs. Through regular engagement, training, and ongoing account management, you’ll help customers maximise the value of our solutions while protecting and growing recurring revenue.
Working closely with internal teams, you’ll coordinate a seamless customer experience and contribute to the overall commercial success of the territory. If you’re proactive, detail‑oriented, and passionate about delivering exceptional customer outcomes, this role offers a fantastic opportunity to make a meaningful impact.
Responsibilities
Manage a portfolio of existing customers, acting as their main point of contact
Build strong, long‑term relationships to ensure high satisfaction and retention
Own the full renewal cycle, ensuring timely and accurate contract renewals
Identify and qualify upsell and cross‑sell opportunities to drive incremental revenue
Monitor account health, spot risks early, and take proactive action
Deliver onboarding and tailored product training to new and existing users
Coordinate with internal teams to resolve issues and support a seamless customer experience
Maintain accurate CRM records, forecasts, and opportunity updates
Provide regular updates to leadership on performance and account activity
Requirements:
Proven ability to manage a portfolio of customers and meet renewal or revenue targets
Strong communication and relationship‑building skills, including confident phone engagement
Proactive, empathetic, and able to resolve customer issues effectively
Highly organised and detail‑oriented, with the ability to manage multiple priorities
Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills to identify trends and opportunities
Adaptable and able to collaborate effectively with cross‑functional teams
Results‑driven, with a focus on customer satisfaction and commercial growth
English - must have. Preferably a second CEE language (Romanian, Czech, Hungarian, Slovak, Polish)
Experience using CRM systems (Salesforce preferred)
Background in account management or client‑facing roles with senior stakeholders
Familiarity with structured sales methodologies (e.g., MEDDPICC, SPIN)

Primary Location Base Pay Range: Poland - EL Warsaw zł77,300 - zł143,300. Total Target Cash Range: zł88,900 - zł164,800.
